BLOOD SUGAR FASTING HIGHER THAN BLOOD SUGAR POST PRANDIAL

a female aged 57 years complained of increase in her blood sugar fasting 139 and her post prandial 111 is lesser, her triglycerides are 230... why does this happen? doctors please post ur suggestions regarding this case and possibly certain remedies
