At the present time many people in Gujarat and entire India are working as a doctor or vaidya without any Medical degree.These people are running false clinics and Hospitals in well known areas of Ahmedabad and other cities-
towns of India.
I request all friends to mail The honourable members of Loksabha Mrs Sonia Gandhi(soniagandhi@sansad.nic.in),Shri Lalkrishna Advani(advanilk@sansad.nic.in),Shri Kapil Sibal(kapilsibal@hotmail.com) for following matter.
The Govt. of India must pass a bill in
loksabha regarding sentence of death and penalty of Rs 100 million for False doctor-Vaidya(A person working as a doctor and Vaidya without Medical qualification).
One person in Ahmedabad has three false clinics in the city and two in Rajasthan.He is
also trying to open other False clinics in India.
The strict laws regarding False doctor will
have positive consequences.There must be strict laws regarding False Nurses,Pathology Laboratories and Duplicate Medicines.
I also request all Vaidyas and Doctors to mail Gujarat Chief Minister Gujarat Shri Narendrabhai Modi( cm@gujaratindia.com),Gujart
Health Minister Shri Jaynarayanbhai Vyas(min-health@gujarat.gov.in) to take strong steps against False Doctors and pass above bill in Gujarat Assembly.....
