VAT VYADHI OR JWARA

A Female Patient aged 63yrs. Having no symptoms previously was diagnosed with PUO before 15days. She took allopathic medication and fever subsided within 2 days.
But since next day she started having joint pain starting from Ankle joint of both legs. Now she has pain in various parts of body like Aamvata(Sanchari Vedana). There is swelling in both lower legs, Constipation, Pain in abdomen, Sleep Disturbed, Appetite is less, her eating habits are pure vegetarian and eats early in the evening.
What line of treatment should be followed here. Is this the case of Vata Vyadhi or Updrava due to fever which she had previously. Pls. advise your views.
N.B.: Before fever she had none of the above symptoms....

CANCEL LICENCE OF ‘CURE-ALL’ AYURVEDA DRUG: FDA

The move comes after the Dept of Ayurveda examined ‘Body Revive’ and reported that the formula and ingredients were not useful in curing diseases as claimed in ads 
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Maharashtra have written to the licencing authority and director, Department of Ayurveda, at Ajmer in Rajasthan, urging them to cancel permission of the product ‘Body Revive’ sold by Munir Khan, who claims it can cure diseases. 

The move comes after Dr S Walchale, technical officer and licencing authority, Department of Ayurveda, Maharashtra, examined Body Revive and submitted a report to FDA, opining that the formula and the ingredients mentioned were not useful in curing diseases like cancer, blood clots, diabetes, etc as claimed by Khan in advertisements. .....
