a female patient of 19 year has acne vulgaris on her face,chest and back from 2 years.she is taking allopthic medicines,but no relief.she also has dysmenorrhoea since menarche(14 years of age).bowel habbits and sleep patterns are normal.?what we can avice her according to ayurveda. ....
