a female patient 70 year old non diabetic non hypertensive. suffering fromm allergic asthama. comes to me with chief complaint of weekness and shinninng scar on neck. that has diagnosed as psoriases and been trearted and she is satisfied with it . nw the only thing left is her weekness what shud be done kindly suggest ..
