I had a recent episode of uncontrolled bleeding after Jaloauka avacharan.
A female patient aged 34 years, a case of Varicose veins was posted for Jalouka avacharan at my clinic. Four leaches were applied. It took a longer time then usual to stop bleeding.
Patient was advise complete rest but still the same night two wounds started bleeing.
Investigations revealed high bleeding time.
Looking for your opinions towards management of such case at ayurveda OPD level or what precautions to be taken before application.
