another case very commonly seen in clinical practise.
this is a boy age 23 yrs have patches as shown in the figure he is also having depigmentation over the lips upper arm and eyelids
he is taking some unknown ayurvedic medicine from ashram in haridwar.
he also took allopathy but had no relief.
about his history he is having the problem for last five years and this is not hereditory.his appetite is good but frequently c/o constipation.sleep was excess when taking allopathy but now it is normal.he sweats a lot.
kindly suggest your opinions regarding line of treatment.....
