male/18yrs with c/o unable to extend right shoulder and swelling over cervical region since 1week.

H/o sudden weight lifting

non DM /HTN and non alcoholic

the swelling measuring around 10*10 cms; it is fixed, circular,warmth.
X-ray cervical spine shows-no fracture.

please give suggetions......
