thanks to all of you for previous support
this time another typical case of a male age 60 years having problem in speech the problem developed gradually
now he cant speak in a flow he takes a pause in between while pronouncing bigger words(not sentences).
about the investigations ct scan brain normal,blood tests normal,not hypertensive,no blood sugar,no h/o depression,laryngoscopy normal
was on allopathic medicines
had no relief
patient is having good
appetite,good sleep pattern,build normal.
kindly give valuable suggestion regarding line of treatment.
