a female aged 30 married having two issues was diagnosed Progressive muscular dystrophy about 10 years ago. treatments were of no benefit. legs are most affected and atrophied . patient keeps on sitting and all movements are very difficult. still can walk without support but with difficulty and fear of falling. all other systems are normal. suggest treatment ....
