namaste vaidyas,a lady patient aged 48y was suffering with sciatic pain radiating to both legs since 2years.we planned to give kala vasti.she is having internal piles since 2years and underwent treatment(oral).she last observed bleeding piles in nov-2008.she was also under anti-caogulant medication for her paralytic stroke from which she recovered 4y back.is vasti possible in this case?if so what are the precautions to be taken regaurding internal piles.please let me know your valuable comments......
