30y/F pt c/o pain in both heals while standing for long time (half to one hour) also complain heavyness and fullness both legs more in calf muscles. This problem occure gradually after her delivery before 2yrs. She had taken epidural injection for painless delivery.(no backache, SLR test -ve, S.B12 & S.calcium is normal, RA -ve)....
