BP -- 180/110
c/o chest pain refering towards rt arm, uncomfertness, sweatening,
he also taking allopathic medicins like as atinilol, ecosprin, sorbitrae sos etc.
I hav given hridyarnav ras, hridaya amrit vati, arjunarisht. plz suggest me to more detail about this case.....
