A 35 year old male suffering from the pain in the Rt hip from past 6 months preseted to me with the complaints of pain in the Rt hip joint,which is not radiating and no resting pain,onset of pain is progressive and and more specific on internal rotation of the Rt leg.no significant family and past mecical history except for he suffered bells palsy 3 years back and known asthamatic....
