I have got a mail patient aged about 55 yrs with coplaints of purulent discharge from anal region
O/E-he has 2 ext.openings
1.at 5oclock position 6-7 cms from anal margin.
2.at 8 o clock posiion 10 cms away from anal margin
he has underwent fistulectomy 6 times.now
I have did ksharsutra legition to bo the openings.
BUT NOW HE IS DEVELOPING ABSCESS AND INDURATION AWAY FROM THESE SITES LIKE 15-20 CM AWAY FROM ANAL MARGIN AT 9 OCLOK POSITION.
