docs pt aged 23 female with thin built came to me with generalised dermatitis but agravated in the folds (flexure region of neck,armpits etc.)accompanied by stomatitis and leucorrhea probably due to hypovitaminosis and anaemia ....i gave her gandhak rasayan,haridra khand,arogyavardhini,pradrantak loh,mahamanjishthaadi kwath and tuvrak tail locally..........did not get desired results.....what else? advise .....
