It seems to be very simple problem but sometimes this becomes the most bothersome for the patient as well as me.
Many pts complain of incomplete evacuation of the stools as a result of which many symptoms are produced like..
-empty eructation
-increased water secretion in the mouth
-abdominal heaviness and discomfort
-feeling of tightness in the chest
-burning in the chest
-nausea and vomiting on and off
-decreased appetite
-feeling of fullness or early satiety
-vertigo or giddiness
