dear drs..i hv this lady post menopausal perfectly healthy presnting wth sevre cholosma like pigmentation of skin during winters..wich sm times goes off after winters since 4..5 yrs..she is nt on any medication,doesnt gv any h/o mch sun exposure tu.marks r same like in sm pregnant ladies..bt involving forhead n neck tu.i gv kukumadi for partimarsh nasayam n local applicationbesides this arogyavardhini,panchnimbadi vati wth manjishthadirisht..its 10 days she improved also..wat else we can do n for how long shud we treat.will it again cm bak..how u treat these cases.. ..
