impression:Rt UVJ and upper ureter calculus
Age 30, sex-female
presenting complaint:
severe colic in right hypochondric region ,mostly pain occur at night time
Radiology Abdomen report:
-Liver,pancreas,spleen,lt kidney,uterus,ovary and urinary bladder is normal
-Gall bladder is physiologically distended
- THERE IS E/O TWO ECHOGENIC FOCI MEASURING 6.9 MM AND 5.7 MM IN RIGHT UPPER URETER AND AT RT UVJ PROXIMAL TO WHICH PCS IS DILATED
-there is no evidence of ascites or para-aortic adenopathy seen
Appetite : NAD
Motion :NAD
Sleep :NAD (disturbed only due to pain)
Rajas : irregular
Bp:110/70 mm hg
