A male child is of 11 months age(first issue)has been diagnosed as suffering from Biotinidase Deficiency.His MRI reports shows Atopic changes in B/L frontal,parietal and temporal lobes.
He has total Alopecia.His wt is 7 kg now and no increase in his wt from last 2-4 months.He cant sit or stand,even cant take his head weight.He is other wise active and respond to all the sound ,light and emotions.
Cant speak.He can listen.No H/O siezure etc.No eruption of teeth yet.
Takes one litre of milk a day.one glass of juice and half chappati.Bowel regular....
