a male around 75 years old, non diabetic, mild hypertensive suffers from burning and itching at the tip of the genitals. makes him restless from last 4 years. on examination red patches are occasionally visible at glans. vdrl is -ve and tests for ca are -ve. urine examination is normanl. patient was diagnosed as of balanitis. alkalisers and blood purifiers have been tried extensively. suggest some treatment. ....
