a case with following lab investigation. Right ureterovesical junction shows a calculus measuring 6mm in size causing mild hydroureteronephrosis.
doctors advise is as the size is only upto size of 5mm can able to pass out. as this is 6mm it is unable to get passed out. so whether we can make it to pass out or else we have to refer this case? if we can treat means what we can give? ....
