The investigative findings of my case of ascites are
usg: cirrhosis of liver with ascites.splenomegally seen.
ascites ++, pedal oedema ++ ALD with cirrhosis of liver with ascites with COPD
endoscopic Examination:
Esophagus GR II 4 varices candidiasis seen
stomach gastritis diffuse moderately severe. no varices.
duodenum mild duodenitis in D1 no ulcer.
ECG sinus rhythm with left axis deviation......
