a female patient age 48 yrs presented with complaint of
1.pain,swelling,stiffness in middle finger of left hand
2.lateral aspect of little finger's base of right hand
3.pain in little finger of left feet
since 2007
there is definite morning stiffness noticed in hands,she is unable to fold his middle finger.
no bilateral involvement,no history of fever
k/c/o ess hypertension on amlodioine+atenolol combination
k/c/o migraine(?) given tab vasograin(allopathy) with mild improvent with that drus,headache is not that of severe,it is og mild-moderate type......
