a male patient aged 55 years is suffering from psoriasis since last 24 years and from last few months he has developed psoriatic arthritis and there is swelling in joints. the lesions are present all over the body. there is pain in the ankle joint due to swelling and the psoriasis has even spread to ears and nose. now please guide me as to what can be the sure shot treatment through ayurvedic medicines.
