LOWER BACKACHE

have encounterd a lady patient of age around 30 years.
She came to me with complaint of lower backace.
all her investigations like Xra, ultrasound, serum uric acid, Ra factor are normal.
she complaints of this pain after she delivered her child around 4 years back.
have given her
godanti shtawari choornam, ashgandha choornam
maharasnaadi kwath
ashawgandharishta, singhnaad guggul...since l2 months.
and i have not seen even 1% improvement in this case.
Please guide.
