Namaskaar docs.... This seemed to me a very difficult case. A young male working in an mnc, aged 27 yrs, married has the following symptoms
-burning micturition on and off
-feeling of sweating on the face and around, while and after eating meals
-heart burn on and off, not relieved by antacids ayurvedic or allopathic
-daily headache, slightly decreases when he takes some strong painkiller
-feeling of fatigue
-fatigue more after sexual intercourse
-sometimes increased frequency of micturition
-itching on the body on and off
-motion ok but sometimes flatulenc
-a little obese, kaphaj body
-anxiety sometimes
-watering in the eyes sometimes
--h/o increased uric acid but not responding to uricosuric medicines
--thyroid profile normal
--vdrl negative
--no any other significant lab findings
many medicine were given but in vain
