A female patient of mine aged 35 years is suffering from Psoriasis on her scalp for last 15 years. Her bowel movements and appetite are normal. There is no other skin lesion on any other body part except hair. The problem aggaravates in the winter season. There is also no genetic involvement of the disease as none of her forefathers suffered from it. Kindly advise.......
