RENAL HAEMANGIOMA

One pt age 65 ,havng compltion frequnt nocturia, in usg bpg 43gm psa normal,rt renal 12mm cyst an Lt renal 7mm cyst an 3.2 mm haemangioma in urine R/M protien comes out , is it any chance of malignency ?tell me proper treatment.......
