A female patient of mine is suffering from osteoarthritis since last 25 years and she is presently aged 68 years. her weight is 73 kgs. and her height is 5'3". Please advise. She feels extreme pain in her both knee joints while walking and sitting. swelling is also prominent. Joint sounds are also present .....
