MENOPAUSZAL SYNDROM OR HISTARIA

A lady age 41 comes to me with the c/o Gabharaman,Hotflush,Nausea,Gabhraman,Headache,Bodyache with Depression and Irregular Menstruation,all the findings are normal,

Also not co operative in the treatment like Shirodhara etc.

What should be done in such Case.....
