want to know that in a patient of anal fissures, will kutaj ghan vati be useful or not or should we give the patient laxatives. If we give patient the laxatives, will the easy passage of stool through anal canal help in healing the fissures. I want to know if kutaj ghan vati solidifies the stool or does it regulates the bowel well and thus aids in the passage of stool. thanks......
