A patient of age 28 year reported to me that he doesn't feel any sexual desire neither he feel any erection since 1998. He has history of some mental disturbance in 1997 and he left home at that time. He was then identified by a relative six months latter and came back. He has no memory of that period. Since than he doesn't find any erection. The patient is now mentally and physically stable. He is a purohit by proffesion. I had already tried some vajikaran medicines like kaminividrawan ras, kounch pak, tentex forte, musli pak etc but shown no rsults. I have also used some oils for local application.......
