a patient aged 45 yers,height-5 ft 8 inch,weight-68 kg comlained of burning micturation with polyurea,malaise.usg revealed that he has a renal calculas of 13 mm in his left kidney along with swelling.i given punarnavarista 30 ml bd,agogya vardhini 2 bd and chandaprabha 2 bd,for 10 days,norflox 1 bd and meftal spas is also given for symptomatic relief.now the symptoms are subside.i repeat his usf after 10 days ,but calculas is of 13 mm bur swelling is reduced markably.what should be the line of treatment ,what are the chances of rremoval of stone.he is the fisrt patient of renal stone in his family........
