Respected Doctors, Please suggest line of treatment for this case,
Male patient aged 39 yrs, slightly obese diagnosed as Cardio megaly with LV dysfunction. Clot found in both right and left ventricles. No history of Hypertension or diabetes. Lipid profile test normal. Pt was Non-vegetarian (Now stopped), Alcoholic and Smoker (stopped both now). Had suffered with pulmonary edema for which hospitalized and recovered. Now He is Under Modern Medication and Dietary Advice.
All other investigatory factors are normal........
