hello.......i had a patient today aged 56 years. he was suffering from bph he go 4 the surgery 4 that. after surgery his urinary bladder can hold only 40 ml 0f urine because of that he have to go to toilet very frequently. i give him Noe 2 tds and chandraprabha vati 2 bd is that enough or i have to give some thing else also plz suggest .........
