A Male patient aged 30 years has been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis. sacro-iliac joints show complete fusion as is evident in the x-ray report shown above. HLA-b27 test is also positive further confirming the diagnosis. ESR and C reactive protein Levels ars also raised.

Exaggerated dorsal kyphosis
