A patient aged 74 years, thin vata prakruthi presented with the symptoms of belching and pain in the abdomen, hiccups recently and constipation since 6 months. He is Diabetic since 25 years and is on insulin 35 units morning and 20 units evening and is also hypertensive since 10 years. both sugar levels and bp were normal when he visited me. I have advised him ultra Sound abdomen and other tests which revealed Adeno Carcinoma Grade I in the inner curvature of the stomach. I gave him Sula varjini ras 2 bd with milk before food and Sooth Sekar ras 2 tid, Dadimadi ghritham 1 tsp 6 am and 6 pm dosages followed by luke warm water drink.
