SCIATICA CASE

Male, 30 yrs, was lifting heavy items, which gave pain on left side of lower back, eventually pain spread to leg. MRI revealed herniated disk, which became a cause for sciatic pain. Off and on getting relief for 2 months, now again is aggravated. In bed for rest, with pain killers for pain. IS not able to walk properly, due to pain in left foot at present. Even touching is too sensitive in some points. Dear experts, please share your insights and suggestions for treatments. AT present, patient is in USA. After pain recedes to decent degree, patient will come to India. Only then panchakarma facilities will be available. Till then, how can he reduce the pain and find relief? Pranams,
Piyush ....
