A male, lean pt aged about 40 yr was suffering from stomatitis, burning sensation in mouth, slight discolouration of lips,hyeraciditymainly during last summer , treated with kamadhugha mukta, madiphala rasayana,stomatab,ksheerabala 101,triphala kavaladharana. this summer, he c/o only burning sensation in the lips, slight discolouration in the lips. except hb% 11.5, all blood tests are normal, he donot have any bad habits,
4yrs back he took medicines for anaemia[had similar problems]he got cured.
what will be the diagnosis and treatment?.....
