a male, 20y, suffering from constipation since childhood,triphla, nishoth, kutki, panchsakar,abhyarist,are not working on him, then i give him ikchabhedi 1 od .but after 2 momths dose become 1 1/2, he is scared now, plz suggest any treatment......
