recently a pt came to me with slurring in his voice as if he is drunk or having some kind of abnormality....this started 5-6 yrs back gradually but practically having no problem,no loss of memory,no h/o fit or any thing like that,he feels perfectly normal but only social stigma factor is strongly affecting his life.i advised him to go for CT scan.....suggestions?....
