menstrual history- normal
obstetricval history- 1 ftnd(home delivery) male child 4 ys
1 spontaneous first trimester abortion 1 ys back. d&c done.
Investigations- Routine done- all normal.
O/E- Second degree uterine prolapse.
I advised her Modified Posterior Shirodkar's Sling Operation.
She doesn't want surgerical treatment.
Please suggest if local treatment like pichu or any other treatment......
