ROLL OF COUNCELLING IN PSYCHOSOMATIC DISORDER

i have good response from patients who came with physical complains but actual factor is rule out by councelling.some "phylosophical guidense" in disease like menopause changes,stress,diabetes,hpt,debility,dipression role as a supportive medicine & patient becomes more positive to cure himself.whats your opinion?.....
