A 2 days old newborn baby has visited in my OPDA. The complete information are-
40 week full term - AGA male baby was delivered via LSCS due to fetal distress. At birth, he had not shown any sign of birth asphyxia, but after 12 hour of birth, baby present subtle type of seizure. He also have the refusal of feeding. On taking maternal history, mother was found TORCH positive. On examination Primary reflexes were reduced. On investigation, the following findings were noted-
1. Blood: CBC was normal; Septicemia profile were positive......
