PAINS ALL OVER BODY

 male 48 yrs normal wt and ht.bp,tg,t4 increased. under medication for few months.is presenting with pains all over body[looks muscular and wasting too]since 10 yrs.cant sit in any posture for long it starts aching and stiff.almost all tests are normal.pain management clinics gave him injections in spine too around 1 yr back.off and on takes pain killers.one more peculiar problem is he is using steroid like anovate for prolapse anus which is already operated for piles.according to him all med cause burning in anus and urine.motions are clear but cant pass without this steroid application.sm one already agve him vatkulantak tryodashang yav kashar and much more. but pain is still there. abhayangam and all kotakkal kadhas also couldnt help him...what all advice our panel can give for this man.his diet is fine and no pitt or vatavardhak aahar vihar i could find........
