KATI SHULA

A 55 Yrs old male patient with followin reports
MRI lumbo sacral spine reveals:
- moderate lumbar spondylosis & minimal scoliosis.
- sacralized L5 vertebra with mildly rudimentary L5-S1 disc
- mild (grade I) spondylolisthesis of L4 vertebra over L5
- moderate generalized posterior bulge of L4-5 disc with posterior herniation & minimal superior migration compressing thecal sac, L5 nerve roots & narrowing the neural foramina
- mild generalized posterior bulge of L2-3 & L3-4 discs
- minimal posterior bulge of L5-S1 disc
- mild hypertrophic facetal arthropathy & mild thickening of the ligamentum flava at L4-5 level
- marginal spinal canal narrowing at L5 vertebral level & secondary narrowing at L4-5 disc level
- no lytic/destructive lesion or infective/neoplastic process. mormal lower end of the cord.
