INFERTILITY

a female Pt with 30 years old her husben is 33 years 6 years married they are trying since 3 years for child. she also under gone laproscopy syrgerry she had grde -1 endometosis now it cured endimetisis was on her right overy. she operated before 6 month still she not preagnent. her husbends reports are normal wthey both are normal she dont have any other medical problems her weight and every thing is normal. after her marrage her menstrual cycle is very regular. please suggest your opinion....
