after a long gap its nice again to see ur valuable advices.with the hope to be more regular in replying i want to open this case for discussion.
this a lady of 39 yrs had anuerism and paralysis of third cranial nerve last year.which was operated upon immediately and with help of physiotherapy she is recovering also.no other problem like htn or dm. she wants ayurvedic treatments and therpies.right now her vision in affected eye is very poor but eye is opening around 80 percent now. hand and leg movement is there but still not much strength......
