HEMATOMA

22 ys lady
c/o pain and swelling at episiotomy 
h/o delivery 36 hours back
o/e moderate sized hematoma below episiotomy wound
As patient was haemodynamically stable I want to manage conservatively.
Kindly suggest treatment for pain relief,absorption and regression of hematoma,prevention of infection and proper wound healing.....
